This page shows screenshots of every main view on the seeded system. Use them for documentation, onboarding, or to assess the UI.
Minimum user path
The minimum path to get started: add one organisation, role types, deliverable types, dissemination levels, then create your first project and add a work package and task. See Initial data entry for the full step-by-step guide.

Organisations: add and manage organisations; set parent for hierarchy.
Role type groups: define groups, then add role types (e.g. PM) for tasks and milestones.
Deliverable type groups: define groups and types for the Deliverables sheet.
Dissemination level groups: define groups and levels for deliverables.
New project form: name, duration, dates, and Project Owner Organisation (POO).
Project settings: project created; configure WPs, tasks, milestones, deliverables.

Demand chart: Project plan (PROJPLAN), Estimated (EST), Actual as monthly bars; milestones and deliverables at bottom.
Upcoming: milestones and deliverables across projects in one view.
Project-scoped views
Project settings: name, duration, dates, Project Owner Organisation (POO), partner organisations, schemes, lifecycle state.
Work packages: Work package (WP) number, name, leader organisation; save to add or edit.
Work breakdown structure (WBS): participant organisations and person-months per work package.
WPs+Tasks: tasks under Work packages (WPs) with begin/end month, awarded person-months, home organisation role.
Milestones: Work package (WP), lead, home organisation role, means of verification, due month.
Deliverables: Work package (WP), lead, type, dissemination level, due month.
Capacity demand: Estimated (EST) and Actual person-months per task per month; chart and plan view.
Role demand: planned Full-time equivalent (FTE) % per role per month (when person capacity enabled).
Demand roles: demand vs allocated capacity by role.
Team: person assignments to the project with allocation.
Team matrix: allocation by person and month.
Role descriptions: per-role descriptions for this project.
Project audit log: views and edits recorded for this project.
Capacity and people (when PERSON_CAPACITY_ENABLED=true)
Capacity index: Project plan (PROJPLAN), Estimated (EST), Actual person-months by month across projects.
People capacity: persons with organisation, Full-time equivalent (FTE), capacity by month.
People list: simple list of persons with organisation and capacity.
People by project: persons grouped by project assignment.
Person detail: organisation periods, Full-time equivalent (FTE), absences, project assignments.
My allocations: rolling 12 months of your capacity and project assignments (requires OIDC (OpenID Connect) auth and Person linked to user).
Organisations
Organisations: list with short name, parent, country code; links to employees and capacity.
Organisation employees: persons in this organisation with capacity and assignments.
Organisation capacity & demand: supply vs demand for this organisation.
Organisation capacity requests: incoming and sent requests for capacity. See Cross-organisation capacity requests for where to create and respond.
Organisation calendar: non-working days for this organisation; child organisations inherit from parent.
Settings lookups
Role types: codes and labels per group; used for home organisation role on tasks and milestones.
Role type groups: groups that contain role types.
Deliverable type groups: groups and types for the Deliverables sheet.
Deliverable types: codes and labels per group.
Dissemination level groups: groups and levels for deliverables.
