Getting help or extending Rediflow

Sometimes you need something that isn’t there yet — a missing feature, a data type that doesn’t quite fit, or a workflow that’s not supported. We understand that can be frustrating. Here are ways to move forward.

Your options

Fork and extend. Rediflow is open source. If you have the capacity, you can fork the project and implement what you need. The codebase is structured for extension: migrations, schemas, and routes follow clear patterns. Many organisations prefer this path when they want full control and can invest in maintenance.

Create a ticket. If you’d rather see the change in the main project, open a ticket in the project repository. Describe what you need and why — it helps us prioritise and design. We can’t promise every request will be implemented, but we do read and consider them.

Contact us by email. For sensitive topics — confidential requirements, procurement, custom development, or anything you’d rather not discuss in public — reach out by email. We’re happy to have a direct conversation and explore options together.
